1. Generally, we divide pressure sensors into two categories: active and passive.
The pressure sensor of the medium and high pressure air compressor is installed at the discharge end of the compressor. It is mainly used to measure the air pressure after the oil separation core. We call the pressure before the oil separation core the post-filter pressure. When should I change the oil separator core? When the pressure difference between the pressure before filtration and the pressure after filtration is greater than or equal to 0.1mpa, it must be replaced immediately.
2. The voltage output mode and current output mode of the pressure sensor of the medium and high pressure air compressor:
2.1 Voltage output mode:
0-5v output, power supply is 8-33vdc;
0-10v output, power supply is 11.4-33vdc;
0-10v output, power supply is 24vac± 15%:
2.2 Current output mode:
4~20ma output, power supply is 8-33vdc
3. There are three types of lead wire for pressure sensor of medium and high pressure air compressor: two-wire system, three-wire system and four-wire system.
3.1 Two-wire system: the power supply, load resistance, and transmitter are connected in series, and the two wires simultaneously transmit the power supply and output current (voltage) signals required by the transmitter.
3.2 Three-wire system: In the three-wire system transmission mode, the three wires are the power supply and output current (voltage) signal and grounding required to transmit the transmitter.
3.3 Four-wire system: In the four-wire system, the power supply and load resistance are respectively connected to the transmitter, that is, the power supply and the output signal of the transmitter are respectively transmitted by two wires.
