How to deal with solenoid valve failure of air compressor

The main function of the solenoid valve in the air compressor is to adjust the bias, flow, on-off and other parameters of the medium. Once the solenoid valve fails, it will affect the switching of the screw air compressor. Action of valves and control valves. Today I will introduce to you the common faults of solenoid valves and how to deal with them.

1. The solenoid valve terminal of the screw air compressor is loose or falls off. The solenoid valve is not energized. The problem can be solved by tightening the terminal.

2. The solenoid valve of the screw compressor is leaking. Leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open and close the valve. The reason is that the gasket is damaged or the sliding valve is worn, which leads to multiple cavity channels.

3. The solenoid valve coil of the screw air compressor is burnt out. If the solenoid valve coil burns out, you can disconnect the solenoid valve and measure it with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid valve coil will burn out. The reason for the damp of the coil leads to poor insulation and magnetic leakage. The current in the coil is too large to burn, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the tension spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, and the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction force will also burn out the coil. During processing, the manual button on the coil can be pushed from the "0" position to the "1" position during normal operation to open the valve.

4. The solenoid valve of the screw air compressor is stuck. The fit gap between the sliding sleeve and the solenoid valve core is very small, generally a single piece installation. When there are mechanical impurities or too little lubricant, it is easy to block. Treatment method: pierce the steel wire into the small hole in the head to make it rebound. The complete solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve core and valve core sleeve, and clean with CCI4 (carbon tetrachloride, the name of an organic reagent), so that the valve core is in the valve core sleeve. Internal movement is sensitive. When disassembling, pay attention to the installation sequence of the components and the direction of external wiring for reinstallation and correct wiring. Check whether the oil mist nozzle is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is not sufficient.
