When the heat is transferred to the air, the temperature of the air in contact with the heat sink will rise rapidly. At this time, the hot air should try to take away the heat with the surrounding cold air through heat exchange methods such as convection. For air-cooled radiators , The main method is to increase the speed of air flow and use a fan to achieve forced convection. Therefore, the cooling fan is mainly for heat dissipation and temperature.


If the air compressor is in operation, what effect will the air temperature cause?


1. The lubricating oil is not cooled after passing through the cooling fan, the oil temperature will be too high, and the entire temperature of the air compressor will be too high. Our air compressors have a designed operating environment temperature. If the air compressor's environment temperature is higher than the designed operating environment temperature, the temperature of the air compressor will be increased to exceed the shutdown temperature of the air compressor, resulting in a high temperature of the air compressor .


2. Due to the high temperature of the machine head, the internal lubricating oil will form carbon, causing the machine head to seize.


3. The temperature control valve fails to work, the lubricating oil enters the machine head directly without being cooled, and the oil temperature cannot be lowered, resulting in over-temperature.


4. The computer board is damaged, and the temperature cannot be detected and controlled for protection. The reading is not accurate.


5. The whole machine will automatically alarm and shut down.


6. Damage to the main engine of the air compressor and shorten the service life of the equipment.


As a mechanical product in industrial production, air compressors will generate a lot of heat when working hours reach a certain level. The correct way is to cool down when heat is generated. If the heat reaches a certain level and not processed in time, it will affect the working efficiency of the emptying machine and the service life of the parts. The higher the temperature, the thinner the air, resulting in a decrease in the working efficiency of the air compressor, making the air compressor more time to be loaded and carrying more load, causing the air compressor to generate more heat and reduce the pressure used.
