2. Remove the short joint on the water pipe of the heat exchanger;


3. Unscrew the fastening bolts of the heat exchanger head, and rotate the head 180 degrees to expose the heat transfer tube;


4. Insert the nylon brush into the heat transfer tube until the air block on the nylon brush completely enters;


7. Push the nylon brush back from the other end of the heat exchanger, and brush it repeatedly for more than 3 times;


8. Rinse the heat transfer tube with water with a pressure of 0.3MPa;


9. Change a heat transfer tube and repeat the above 3 steps until all the heat transfer tubes are cleaned;


10. Check the color in the heat transfer tube, if the copper color is exposed, it is qualified after washing;


11. Rotate the head back, check whether the sealing gasket of the head is flat, and tighten the fastening bolts of the head of the heat exchanger;


12. Connect the short joint on the water pipe of the heat exchanger;
