I. Preparation before starting the color sorter.
(1) Clear the rice grains and bran powder in the feed hopper and on the channel.
(2) Turn on the air compressor and other equipment.
(3) Confirm that the power supply voltage is 220V±5%, the air pressure is not less than 0.5Mpa, and the air pressure is about 0.25Mpa after passing through the pressure regulating valve.
(4) Check whether the glass of the sorting chamber is clean and whether the camera is covered with dust.
(5) Check and drain the water in the filter.
II. Steps to start the color sorter.
(1) Press the green button on the machine, and the color sorter will start running.
(2) The color sorter will automatically enter the mode saved when it was last shut down.
(3) After the machine is started, the Zhongrui Micro-Vision color sorter will automatically detect and the color sorter will work normally in about 1 minute.
(4) Standby preheating for 5-20 minutes.
(5) Press the <Spray Valve Start> button. The button turns red to indicate that the spray valve is working. Press the feed start button again. The button turns red and the color sorter starts working.
III. Color sorter shutdown steps.
(1) Press the feed stop button. The button turns blue and the vibrator stops feeding.
(2) Press the spray valve close button. The button turns blue and the spray valve power is turned off.
(3) Press the shutdown button. The display shows: Are you sure you want to shut down the system? Press the Yes button. The display shows: Shut down, do you want to save data? The machine will automatically shut down after saving the existing data. Press Cancel to automatically shut down without saving the data.
(4) Clean the machine and turn off the air compressor.
