1. Check whether the balance iron pin is firm.
2. In the shutdown state, open the chassis plexiglass window.
3. Use a wrench to pry the connecting parts between the balance irons to see if they are loose or eccentric.
4. Each inspection must be recorded in a form, filled out item by item, and carried out once every three months, and more than two maintenance personnel must sign and confirm on the inspection form.
5. At the same time, clean the oiler system in the air compressor chassis.
6. After the inspection, install the chassis plexiglass window.
7. Check the surface finish of the internal parts for wear and tear and lack of meat.
8. Focus on the rotating parts with a flashlight to see if the gap is uniform and whether there is wear and oval.
9. Check the screws to see if they are loose.
