To increase the exhaust volume (gas delivery) of the compressor, that is, to increase the output coefficient, the following methods are usually used:
(1). Correctly select the size of the clearance volume;
(2). Maintain the tightness of the piston ring:
(3). Maintain the tightness of the gas valve and stuffing box:
(4). Maintain the sensitivity of the suction and exhaust valves;
(5). Reduce the resistance when the gas is inhaled;
(6). Inhale drier and cooler gas;
(7). Maintain the tightness of the output pipeline, gas valve, gas storage tank and cooler;
(8). Appropriately increase the speed of the compressor;
(9). Use advanced cooling system;
(10). Clean the cylinder and other parts when necessary.
