1. First confirm whether the temperature measuring element of the screw air compressor machine is faulty. You can use another temperature measuring instrument to calibrate it. If it is confirmed that the temperature measuring element is fine, then check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the oil cooler, which is normally between 5 and 8 degrees.
2. If the temperature is greater than this range, it means that the oil flow is insufficient and the oil circuit is blocked. Please check the oil filter (if you use a substitute oil filter, you should consider whether the flow is insufficient). If there is a pre-filter, please check it. If the above methods cannot solve it, you should consider whether the oil circuit is blocked by foreign matter. The method to check whether the oil circuit is blocked is.
3. If the temperature difference is less than the normal range, it proves that the heat dissipation is poor. For water-cooled machines, please check whether the water inlet is insufficient, whether the water inlet temperature is too high, whether the cooler is scaled (water circuit part), and whether there is oil scale in the cooler (oil circuit part); for air-cooled machines, please check whether the radiator is too dirty, whether the cooling fan is abnormal, and whether the air volume is insufficient. For dual-frequency air compressors, check whether the fan frequency conversion operation frequency is too low and whether the frequency conversion is normal. Is there any oil stain in the radiator?
4. If the temperature difference is within the normal range and the machine is still hot, it means that the heat generated by the machine head exceeds the normal range. You should check whether it is running at overpressure, whether it is the wrong product, whether the oil is aging, whether there is a problem with the machine head bearing or even end face friction.
