Oil-free scroll compressors eliminate the need for oil, water, and post-treatment, making them environmentally friendly and cost-effective. The control system has a backup function, allowing for switching the operating time of the main compressor unit based on the gas consumption and usage of the equipment, avoiding discrepancies in operating time. The unit is equipped with multiple main compressor units. If one main compressor unit fails, the others can operate independently, eliminating concerns about gas supply interruptions.
1. Main Compressor and Motor
High-efficiency asynchronous motor, fully enclosed air-cooled IP55F motor.
Air-cooled scroll rotor, pressure selectable at 8 bar or 10 bar, durable, stable and reliable operation, and excellent energy efficiency.
2. Intelligent Control System
Adopting a highly efficient and stable modular system design, 1 to 8 compression modules are integrated into a single chassis as needed. A PLC continuously monitors the operating status of each compressor rotor, automatically starting/stopping rotor operation according to gas demand to ensure the output of compressed air meets customer requirements.
3. High-Efficiency Cooler
Utilizing a large heat exchange area design, it improves cooling efficiency, effectively prevents overheating, and features an anti-corrosion inner wall treatment, allowing for use in harsher operating conditions and extending service life.
4. Air Filter
Equipped with a high dust holding capacity and low flow resistance design, it effectively filters fine solid particles from the air, providing excellent dust removal and ensuring the normal operation and economical service life of all system components.
5. High-Efficiency Axial Flow Fan
Low-speed fan for longer lifespan. The cooler and fan can be independently disassembled to meet various ambient temperature requirements.
