Maintenance of the Three Major Circulation Systems of an Air Compressor

Before an air compressor is put into use, all systems need to be tested to ensure its normal operation. Today, we will discuss the maintenance of the three major circulation systems.

(1) Maintenance of the Oil Circulation System

The oil circulation system provides lubricating oil to all components of the air compressor. Its function is to reduce wear between components and improve the service life of the air compressor. Maintenance of the oil circulation system involves checking the lubrication level between various components of the air compressor, replenishing lubricating oil in a timely manner, ensuring the balance of temperature and oil pressure inside the air compressor, and avoiding excessive wear of parts due to insufficient lubrication.

(2) Maintenance of the Air Circulation System

The air circulation system mainly refers to the system for intake and compression of air. Its function is to unclog and cool the compressed air to avoid unstable operation of the air compressor due to excessive temperature, which directly affects whether the air compressor can compress air normally. When checking the air circulation system, ensure that all components of the circulation system are normal, and focus on checking whether there is a backflow problem in the gas circulation system.

(3) Maintenance of the Water Circulation System

The equipment generates a lot of heat during operation, causing the temperature of the compressed gas and equipment to rise. The water circulation system effectively reduces the temperature of compressed gas and various components, thus cooling the compressed gas. During maintenance, it is crucial to monitor the cooling time to ensure the water circulation system operates normally and effectively within the air compressor, preventing problems such as explosions, short circuits, or power outages caused by overheating.
