Currently, the price of refrigerated air dryers on the market varies considerably, mainly depending on the following three aspects:
1. Compressor. A good refrigerated air dryer will have a compressor from a well-known brand, such as Panasonic, Gree, etc. Some refrigerated air dryers, however, use compressors from unknown brands, or even brands that are impossible to identify. Some compressors are even old, refurbished units that have been recycled and resold. This severely impacts the lifespan and performance of the refrigerated air dryer.
2. Fan. The price difference for fans in refrigerated air dryers is also significant. A good fan can maintain stable airflow and pressure while ensuring high efficiency, low noise, and dust and moisture resistance. These are also key factors affecting the lifespan of the refrigerated air dryer's fan.
3. Refrigeration Valves. Refrigeration valves include seemingly insignificant components such as expansion valves and hot gas bypass valves. However, they play a crucial role in the refrigerated air dryer. For example, a good hot gas bypass valve controls the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant. By installing a hot gas bypass valve between the condenser and evaporator, when the evaporation pressure is too low, the hot gas bypass valve can be opened to increase the temperature, thus preventing freezing.
