Product features 

Labyrinth seals: Prevent gas leakage through complex labyrinth paths, without using wear-prone oil-lubricated seals.

Piston rings / guide rings: Made of self-lubricating materials like PTFE to provide lubrication in oil-free environments.

Diaphragm technology: Uses a metal diaphragm to completely isolate the compressed gas from hydraulic oil, achieving absolute oil-free operation.

Gas bearings: In centrifugal compressors, high-pressure gas forms a film to support the rotor, eliminating lubricating oil entirely.

Special challenge – hydrogen's "destructive" nature: Hydrogen molecules are extremely small, highly prone to leakage, and can cause metal embrittlement (hydrogen embrittlement) under certain conditions. Therefore, these compressors demand stringent material selection, sealing design, and manufacturing processes to ensure long-term safety and reliability.
